Satan is the MASTER DECEIVER!! He comes to speak lies in our ears! He comes to try to get us off focused to the “Promised Land” that the Lord has spoken for us!
Deceive means to lie, mislead, or otherwise hide or distort the truth
Satan loves to deceive—it is vital that we discern.
Are you listening to Him? Are you agreeing with him? DON’T BE DECEIVED!! Has he begin to plant thoughts of fear AGAIN? disbelief AGAIN?
Have you begin to be pulled to the ways of the world? Lover the pleasure of the world more than pleasures of God?
The Lord has given us a way to counteract and WIN!!!
- Stay in position
- Surrender to God
- Disconnect from the World
This teaching was right on time! The scripture that really was an eye opening for me was 1 Corinthians 15:33 – Evil communication (communion, association) corrupts good manners or morals. I often saw this scripture meaning the people I hung around (which is true) but, when the intercessor talked about communication being what I let go in. (Social media/Youtube). I must admit, there is a lot of times, I have gotten pulled in with issues/dramas, and worldly things on You tube–even through suggestions from Youtube. But, I can’t be deceived to think that it does not affect me. Before you know it, I rather spend my time, “surfing” and seeing what’s going on then feeding my spirit. My eyes was opened. It’s almost like I’m like that frog with the glass getting slowly filled up with water from a stove and not realizing it. THANK YOU!
I also have been had a month of attacks on the mind. “Did God really say” like she mentioned with Adam and Eve. I am going to take her second point of Surrendering to God, resist the devil and his suggestions and thoughts, and he will flee. And also disconnect to so much from the world.
