FINISH STRONG!!

(Hebrews 12:1-2 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.)

YOU CAN 2020 FINISH STRONG!!

The closer we get to the new year, many things will try to come to deter us for the awesome things the Lord has for us in 2021!

You can do something different this year!! You can finish strong!

EXPECT DISTRACTIONS! EXPECT INTERFERES, EXPECT ISSUES!!

DISTRACTIONS – a thing that prevents someone from giving full attention to something else. (study God’s word – phone calls; close the doors to something (anger, frustrations,

ISSUES

a vital or unsettled matter economic issues: concern, problem (family, children, money, health)

FINISH STRONG!

INTERFERENCES – prevent (a process or activity) from continuing or being carried out properly.

    OMG! This was just what I needed to hear Friday night! I had begin to get less focus on “shutting doors” and more focus on getting to a better year. Not that it was all bad, but, it’s been really crazy! The part that stood out to me was that distractions will come that I need to recognize it. Maybe, I did recognize it. But, I wasn’t doing anything about it. With the doors that Holy Spirit has been talking to me about is my attitude. So, the part that really got me is that I must RECTIFY some things. When I mess up, get it right with the individual–even if it seems small. I’m so thankful for this prayer ministry and I’m even more thankful for God speaking to me at the right time. I will finish strong with the help of him. All the things I know that I need to change, I will start back speaking it and getting back into scriptures. I don’t know if I’m the only one, but, it seems like it was just for me!

    God bless you, Shay! We are praying with you and blessed you found our prayer ministry! I think you are headed in the right direction with recognizing and rectifying (getting things right..shutting the door). When you go back to listen to the teaching, pull out the scriptures the Lord gave us for “recognizing” (James 1: 2-3) – “rectifying” (Acts 3:19). If you have any specific prayers concerning this, please go to LetsTalkwithGod.com, hit the “prayer request link” and we will pray for you. I’ve typed the scriptures below: Thanks for joining our Let’s Talk with God prayer ministry. (If you would like to share what you received from the scriptures, please feel free to come back and share.

    James 1:2-3
    New International Version
    2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

    Acts 3:19 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

    19 So repent (change your mind and purpose); turn around and return [to God], that your sins may be erased (blotted out, wiped clean), that times of refreshing (of recovering from the effects of heat, of reviving with fresh air) may come from the presence of the Lord;
